The Rev. Bob Symanski is an ordained minister serving the Western North Carolina Conference of the United Methodist Church. He has been a pastor in local churches since 2000 and has a Masters of Divinity degree from Duke Divinity School. Prior to entering professional ministry, Bob received a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and worked 11 years in Pharmacology research at Duke University Medical Center.
Bob's principle interests in ministry are in worship and Christian formation, forgiveness and reconcilliation, intentional community, and engaging people as active participants in God's epic work to create and renew the universe.
